Between the days 26 and 28 of September, the facilities of Padelante Club de Águilas (Murcia) became the headquarters of an exciting competition in which 200 players and players took part more. A total of 14 teams arrived from different parts of the country contributed to generate a great atmosphere and offered some exciting duels.
Padel World Press .- As expected, the town of Murcia became the scene of a spectacular event full of emotion because, in this case, it is a competition that can give its members the much-desired promotion to the top category or the feared descent to 3ª.
Although the threat of rain was present from the beginning to the end of the Championship, it should be noted that the matches were played as normal and, in addition, they delighted the large audience that filled Padelante Club with life and activity.
With a very careful organization, with a team of professionals completely overturned with an event for which they prepared endless parallel activities such as tourist visits, tasting of hams or a large number of gifts since the participants received each day a different bag with Different gifts: typical products of the area, hygiene products (bath gel, hand cream, ...), energy bars, a backpack, fruit, ...
On a sporting level, it should be noted that the final results were:
Male Frame:
- Winners: Peñacañada Club de Campo Dectra (Valencia).
- Subchampions: Real Zaragoza Tennis Club.
- Third Classifieds: Equiscana Pádel (Canary Islands).
Female frame:
- Winners: Club de Tenis y Pádel La Capellanía (Málaga).
- Runners-up: Atlanta Olympic Club (Valencia).
- Third Classified: Real Club Puerta de Hierro (Madrid).
The award ceremony was chaired by Carlos Bartolomé, Councilor for Local Development of the Aguileño Consistory, accompanied by Gonzalo Pérez, Judge-Referee of the event, and Julio García, Head of Padelante Club.
