Regarding the materials used, the following should be highlighted:
- GranPh: It is the graphene material developed by ACM. Graphene, considered the thinnest and strongest material ever obtained, is a substance made of pure carbon, with atoms arranged in a regular hexagonal pattern, similar to graphite, but in an atom-thick sheet. Three hundred times stronger than steel, and with the same density as carbon fiber, it stands out for its incredible flexibility and for being the best known heat transmitter.
With its addition to King Cobra, it gives the shovel great durability and resistance, while offering a firm ductility striking area, which improves the punch and response of each stroke.
- Fiberglass: It is a highly insulating material, made up of numerous glass filaments. The surface area index in relation to the weight of these glass threads, being their constitution very light, make them one of the best thermal, acoustic and electrical interceptors. The use of fiberglass in the coating of the Vibor-A Pro Elite blades provides additional reinforcement to their structure, obtaining great durability and resistance to all types of blows, on and off the track.
- Double tubular Kevlar Kevlar®: It is a light polyamide with great elongation at break. Its high rigidity and tensile strength, around the 3,5 GPa, together with the high tenacity that allows it to absorb a lot of energy before breaking, make this material a very used component in high protection products such as vests bulletproof
It should be noted that the central part of King Cobra is composed of sheets of double tubular Kevlar that, combined with EVA rubber high recovery, allow a perfect balance between balance and power, adjusting the sweet spot of each model according to its area of hit.
- Carbon: Chemical element, solid at room temperature, is part of all known living beings and is the basic pillar of organic chemistry. It has a high affinity for chemically bonding with other small atoms, including other carbon atoms with which it can form long chains, and its small atomic radius allows it to form multiple bonds.
The use of carbon in the frame of the Vibor-A blades gives rise to a tough and lightweight set, for an optimal performance in the field of play.
- High Recovery Soft EVA Rubber. It is a thermoplastic polymer, used in design, crafts and as a padding system for all types of surfaces. Material that combines with any accessory or product of direct or superimposed application, does not replace any known but, on the contrary, complements it.
Its combination with the double tubular Kevlar sheets allows a striking surface to be achieved that offers a sweet spot to the blade with great power response capacity, as well as a regulated control in all areas of its central part.
