Always committed and with a very supportive spirit, he did not hesitate to be one of the most active parts of the Charity Tournament in favor of Foundation for the Promotion of Research on Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis held recently. From his role as CEO of C&R Business, he has wanted to tell us about his double experience as a sponsor and player in a very special tournament.
Padel World Press .- The last 25 of July, in the GET Indoor Paddle tennis courts, there was a meeting organized by the team of A Tope de Pádel in which the double objective was achieved: that all the attendees had a great time and, above all, , that contributed their bit to the extraordinary work they do from Fundela.
Jesús Rodríguez Maseda, CEO of C&R Business, wanted to share with Padel World Press how he lived a very special day, in which the paddle once again showed its most committed and supportive face.
What do you think about the work they do from the Fundela Project?
The capacity for effort and dedication of its members is impressive. It is, without a doubt, something to be highlighted and admired. These commitments are long-distance races not always recognized but, of course, from C&R they have our unconditional support.
What does it mean for C&R Business and Hotel Táctica by C&R to support this type of initiative?
We are concerned about what these initiatives entail for those who receive them and benefit from the results. Companies must also be at the service of society and their needs.
You have lived the tournament from both sides: sponsor and player. As a sponsor, what expectations had been generated before the tournament? Were they met?
It has been a fun tournament, fun and competed. The truth is that the sponsors have turned their backs on us and have made choices for both the players and our companions and families. It is to stand out.
And, as a participant ... How was the atmosphere that was breathed during the event?
Very cordial and relaxed. The truth is that it was very enjoyable and the winners won prizes.
What anecdote or special moment you can never forget about this event?
Undoubtedly, having participated in a solidarity event in which, in addition to contributions from the players themselves, there were other contributions from those who did not play but wanted to collaborate. In the competitive aspect, highlight that it was the first time that Martin and I reached the semifinals ... An achievement!
Will we see C&R Business and Hotel Táctica by C&R again in more solidarity events?
Our company, through the consultant and Hotel Tactica, collaborates very closely with AECC, Food Bank and Save the Children, who have been beneficiaries in 2014 of more than 10.000 € under the commitment we have with them. We do not believe in solidarity but we want to be a very active part of it because a sector like ours, which lives for and for society, can not be turned away from their needs.
What are the next challenges and projects for C&R Business and Hotel Táctica by C&R?
Our company is currently expanding in the hotel sector. I can tell you that we foresee two additions of hotels to our brand in the short term, as well as in the catering sector, with 2 restaurants also opening soon. In the field of Electrostimulation, we are working hard to have new centers in the Balearic Islands, which we hope to open shortly.
What message would you like to convey to fans of this wonderful sport?
I really would not know what to say to them ... Maybe I would ask them for some trick or advice to improve my technique. In the sporting aspect, continue to maintain the practice and culture of such a noble and rewarding sport. In the same way, do not forget that sport also has its solidary side that must be maintained and encouraged.
