In its YouTube Channel 'Improve your Paddle' shows us a new tutorial of padel technique, in which he will reveal his tricks to achieve that we learn to master the wall turn.

This is undoubtedly one of the padel techniques more impressive than can be seen during a match and, when players manage to control it, they often gain both confidence and security.

How can the wall turn in paddle be improved?

Although the 4 proposed exercises are performed on the backhand turn on the left side, the truth is that they would be applicable to any turn.

1.- Familiarizing ourselves with the background wall. To do this we throw a ball from behind the player, simulating that it comes out of the back wall and he will have to hit it before it bounces on the ground. Then we throw the ball diagonally from behind to make it more realistic when making a turn ... The player must adjust to hit the ball in front if we want it to come out in the cross or leave it delayed if, on the contrary, what is sought is that it hits in parallel.

2.- How to position the body and follow the trajectory of the ball in a paddle turn. At the moment when the ball approaches the wall you have to have the shovel ready. You should not stop looking at the ball and, above all, you should try to follow the trajectory of the ball with short steps, with both feet to maintain balance and be well balanced.

3.- How to know which trajectory the ball is going to carry? An exercise to improve this perception is to roll the ball on the ground ... And this will help us to locate the point of impact. Legs should be well bent and shoulder width apart.

4.- Perform the exercise of full blow reverse turn joining all the points reviewing before. It would be very important to try that each exercise has the hours or the necessary time so that the player is fixed the concepts and the movements. That is something that will help us in the long run.
