Padel World Press - Manu Martín teaches us accompanied by @forward09 in a new release "Improve your padel" to how to improve defense with balls to the wall that you can do with your partner, coach or any friend in training. Let's go with the video!

1 TIP: HIT A BALL THAT HAS ALREADY PASSED

here the coach Manu Martín He explains the perfect moment to hit a ball that has already passed us. Therefore the player, who is training, will perform a backhand in the air and return to hit the ball in its natural state.

This is where the coach, partner or friend will throw the ball to you from the back of the court, letting it fall. This is where the coach will adapt to the player's level by throwing the balls with a higher level of difficulty.

2 TIP: HIT A BALL THAT HAS ALREADY PASSED BACKHAND

Here Manu Martín it does not explain how to defend a ball that has already passed us in the form of a backhand. To do this, the player will have to throw a forehand into the air and position himself, right after, to throw that backhand and return the ball.

As in the previous type, Coach will throw the ball to the player from the back of the court and it will make training more difficult as you see the player, for example throwing the balls with rebounds on the glass.

In this type is where you will be the most difficult variant which is when the ball bounces twice off the glass, this is when many players don't know what to do and lose the point.

so this doesn't happen to you Manu Martín He clarifies what we must do with a very simple exercise that with training will come out quite quickly. It consists of visualizing the ball in all its path and accompanying it with the arm until it bounces off both walls, this is where we will wait until hitting it when it is as close to the ground as possible.

With these simple exercises you will notice a notable improvement in defense, you can also do it with your paddle tennis partner without any problem.

Here we leave you the whole video, take a look and improve your level of paddle tennis.
