On Saturday afternoon, 30 day in January, the facilities of the Sanset Pádel Indoor Club became the venue for a very special event. The good atmosphere, the total elimination of barriers and the common passion for paddle marked a day in which, once again, this wonderful sport became the perfect excuse to put a grain of sand with a beautiful cause.
Padel World Press .- Almost a hundred fans gathered on the slopes of the largest indoor club in the world to participate in a real party, in which the least important were the sporting results ... On this occasion, the essential thing was to be close to an initiative organized in favor of the Padel Association in Silla and whose main objective was to raise funds to buy chairs for people who need them.
In total, 92 participants were enrolled in the three Categories that were enabled: Male, Feminine and Inclusive, the latter formed by a player in a wheelchair and another on foot.
Óscar Agea, one of the most well-known players in the Wheelchair Paddle Tour, recognized through his social networks: "Yesterday I was thrilled when I thanked all those who have helped us both in the organization and the participants. I do not want to forget about those people who were selflessly helping out in the organization, friends and family ... Thanks and I will not tire of giving them !! Together we have made this possible. "
For her part, Belén Montes, one of the great promoters of this wonderful event, confessed: "I hope we can raise and buy a chair for the Association and that people who need it can use it. Every effort is worth it and even more when life and people surprise you pleasantly ".
Once again, the paddle showed again that in sport, as in life, there are no limits or barriers and that we can all enjoy together and share the same passion.
