Padel World Press .- As during the previous days, the Central Court of the Badalona Olympic Pavilion dressed in their finery to host the dispute of a duel between two couples who had completed a brilliant tournament. On one side of the court, Marta Marrero-Alejandra Salazar (who returned to a final in the tournament that meant the return to the competition of Ale); on the other, Lucia Sainz and Gemma Triay, who sought to start the campaign with the conquest of what would be their third title as partners.
The swords were in everything high. It was expected the dispute of a commitment full of equality and emotion and, of course, the four contestants gave themselves with all their might, offered the best blows of their repertoires and, thanks to it, delighted the spectators with a vibrant encounter, full of alternatives and where anything could happen.
In the first set, Lucia Sainz-Gemma Triay confirmed that they are in a great state both physical and mental and, very solid, achieved two breaks that allowed them to take the lead on the scoreboard (6-2).
A fight without quarter
In the second, the pupils of Juan Alday They showed that they are those players who never give a match for lost and, step by step, they managed to take the initiative of the actions, which led them to match the match (6-2 and 5-7).
With everything to decide, the third partial was reached, in which the tension was maximum. The four contenders tried not to make mistakes, not to make mistakes since any slip at that point of the match could be final. Very successful in the decisive moments, Lucia Sainz y Gemma Triay they managed to materialize the break in service that made them celebrate the definitive victory (6-2, 5-7 and 6-4).
Very excited, cast in an embrace with which they celebrated their spectacular start of the season, the members of the Team NOX they confirmed again that this campaign will fight harder than ever to climb to the top of the Paddle World Ranking.
The next round of the Women's Circuit will be the Estrella Damm Alicante Open, which will be played from 01 to 08 in April at the Sports Technification Center of the beautiful city of Levante.
