There were many fans who conveyed their spirits to the eyes of Rodri Ovide but, despite their efforts, Carolina Navarro-Cecilia Reiter failed to break Paula Eyheraguibel-Gemma Triay who rallied a set against and took the win by 6- 7, 6-4 and 7-5.
The other clash of the day that was decided in three races was the one that measured the forces of Patty Llaguno-Eli Amatriain with those of Victoria Iglesias-Cata Tenorio. The emotion, equality and constant alternatives presided over a duel that ended up falling on the side of the first by 6-3, 2-6 and 6-2.
On the other hand, Alejandra Salazar-Marta Marrero asserted their superiority and imposed themselves without great hurry on Carla Mesa-Noelia Márquez (6-0 and 6-2). On the other hand, Mapine and Majo Sánchez Alayeto twins did have to surrender to the maximum to leave on the way to Martita Ortega-Lucía Sainz (6-2 and 6-4).
