Padel World Press .- Thanks to the companions of Planet Paddle we have news about the launch of this congress, which, in its second edition, will have as its main objective to promote and promote scientific research and knowledge in paddle tennis. One of its great missions will be to contribute to the dissemination of rigorous and contrasted information that will help a more controlled and healthy practice in one of the most practiced sports in the country.

A group of speakers with extensive experience in the world of paddle tennis will participate in this event, as well as researchers from the University of Granada of recognized international prestige within the field of Sports and Health Sciences, such as Ángel Gutiérrez Sainz, Carlos de Teresa Galván and Víctor Soto Hermoso.

Among the references within the elite paddle training there will be no shortage of personalities such as Nito Brea, the physical trainer Álex Jordan, the physiotherapist Jordi Riba or the psychologist Juan Cañadas. All of them currently work with the best pairs of players in both the Male and Female Category.

At the same time, the latest technological advances will be shown in paddle, including presentations on the application of official statistics of the World Paddle Tour PadelStat®, by the hand of its creator Eduardo Megías, or the specific LongoMatch® video-analysis software, with the presence of Albert Palau, Project Manager of the company.

Finally, the assistance of Martín Echegaray (Technical Director of the Spanish Paddle Federation) could not be overlooked; Rafael Ortega and Antonio Piepoli (physiotherapists and re-adapters of the FisioSalud clinic); Sonsoles Hernández Sánchez (physical trainer for transplanted athletes: Ironman, marathons and World Transplant Games); Fernando Estévez López and María José Girela (Expert researchers in physical activity and health in adults); o Guillermo Sánchez Delgado and Antonio J. Morales Artacho (FPU Researchers at the UGR).

Undoubtedly, this congress will be a great opportunity to update technicians, coaches and those interested in this sport, which will provide new tools and knowledge that will give a leap in quality to their professional work.

With a marked didactic and formative vocation, from Planeta Pádel they recommended: "The event at first hand and we encourage you to attend to make among all of the paddle an increasingly professional sport. This is intended to generate discussions on current issues such as the health benefits and risks of paddle tennis, high intensity training (HIIT), injury prevention, adapted paddle, fitness training in paddle, psychology, nutrition, biomechanics, new technologies and materials or performance analysis. "
