He is one of the best connoisseurs of international padel. For his travels and for his daily work, he has a very close perception of how this sport is lived in all corners of the Old Continent ... Mauri Muñoz talks about what he considers an unstoppable phenomenon: the internationalization of this wonderful sport.

Padel World Press .- The truth is that it is a great pleasure and pride to be able to see up close, how the international Padel grows every year. We know that in Spain paddle tennis is in its full development and we find tracks almost on every corner ... But today I am going to tell you what has ceased to be a dream to become a reality: the consolidation of growth without limits or borders of International Paddle .

As many of you already know, I have spent a few years traveling around northern European countries, working on the development of paddle tennis, although I have to admit that I was surprised in an incredible way how fast our sport expands in other continents.

In recent months, on my recent visit to Sweden, I spoke with his national coach, Johan Tellmark, who told me that paddle tennis had ceased to be a bet for the future to be considered as a sport with a solid present ... And it is that They build new tracks every month and their popularity continues to grow.

We also find other countries that, in the last year, have doubled their number of tracks, as it can be the case of Belgium: padel club in Bruges, padel club in Ostend and even the European Commission has opened two indoor courts of the Europadel hand.

I would also like to name France, the country next to Spain, which since the beginning of 2016 has not stopped opening tracks and new paddle centers. The brand new European Champions have this year a Tour of their own, with which they will tour all of their national territory to show why they were the just Champions in the European ... This competition will go through cities such as Lyon, Lille, Toulouse or Paris among others.

Of course, I can not forget that Australia, which adds itself as a revelation to the world of padel with the recent opening of a club in Sydney, or Senegal (Africa), which for a month has its first club, the Padel Club Saly ... Without forgetting Egypt where, in Cairo, we can also find a place to enjoy this wonderful sport.

Asia is another great ally in the passion for paddle tennis. Japan has tracks and many practitioners who, little by little, are loyal and 'hooked' to this addictive discipline.

Well, I can also tell you that the potential Germany continues to work very hard to have more padel centers but, together with Denmark, its development is a bit slower than other countries, like Switzerland, which this year will double the total of its tracks ... Like Greece, which has a new center in Athens, with the Greek Padel Academy Alimos, and another new club, also in the Hellenic capital, which has three tracks.

There are many more news that I will tell you, but to finish this article, I say goodbye to the case of Holland. In the hands of Norberto Nessi, President of his Federation, they did a great job in organizing the European Championship at the Beach Club, led by Marcel Boggart. This country projects a great growth for 2016, a season in which they intend to reach the 20 clubs spread throughout its national territory.

I can only say that the paddle has no limits or boundaries in its growth ... Let's hope it continues in this way upward in 2016 and we can see how many countries enjoy paddle.
