Padel World Press - In the vibrant padel scene, Paquito Navarro and Sanyo Gutiérrez are ready to write a new chapter together in 2024, marking their reunion in a second collaboration that promises to defy limits.
In the epic 2016 and 2017 seasons, Navarro and Gutiérrez formed an alliance that became synonymous with success, challenging the supremacy of Pablo Lima y Fernando Belasteguín with seven titles won. But as in any great story, paths parted, and both players individually catapulted to stardom, reaching the coveted number 1 spot.
Six years later, fate brings them together again in a different era, where they will seek to challenge contemporary titans like Tapia and Coello, to the Spanish duo of Lebron and Galán, and to the Argentine Superpibes, Franco Stupaczuk and Martín Di Nenno.
With a revolutionary statement, Sanyo Gutiérrez shared his emotion: «There was a time when I thought I would never share the court with Paquito Navarro again, but life has unexpected turns. On a coffee break, a friend reminded me that to achieve excellence, I had to partner with someone who reflected my essence. And so, in a flash of nostalgia and anticipation, I decided that 2024 would be the year of our reunion. I thank Paquito for giving me this opportunity, even when most would walk away. I promise physical dedication and, aware of my mental weaknesses, I bring calm and empathy to the game. My wish for 2024 is to color each match with our determination. Get ready, because Paquito and I are ready to unleash a storm on the courts and change the rules of the game!
