World Paddle Tour .- During this week, the activity in Rome revolves around the dispute of the Internazionali BNL d'Italia, prestigious Master 1.000 of the ATP Tennis Circuit which, in this edition, has one more attraction for its attendees: the Official Exhibition with the that from WPT will bring the excitement and the show of the best paddle in the world to an audience for whom this sport is no longer a complete stranger.

Throughout Thursday, 12 day of May, the matches of the first two rounds of this particular competition were played, in which many of the first couples of the Ranking faced a selection of Italian, Argentine and Spanish players.

After a morning shift, in which the eighth crosses were defined, in the afternoon there were some quarter-final matches that were full of spectacle and emotion.

To start, Paquito Navarro-Sanyo Gutiérrez won by 6-3 and 6-2 with Fernando Poggi-Jordi Muñoz and they already know that they will cross in the semifinals with some Tito Allemandi-Agustín Gómez Silingo who beat 7-6 and 6-2 Marcello Jardim-Franco Stupaczuk.

On the other hand, Juan Martín Díaz-Cristian Gutiérrez defeated Godo Díaz-Lucho Capra for 6-4 and 7-6, which will be measured in his next commitment to the 'revelation' of this event: Aday Santana-Willy Lahoz. The Canary and the Madrid eliminated Juani Mieres-Miguel Lamperti (4-6, 6-2 and 6-4).
