Padel World Press .- As with all disciplines when we start playing them, it is normal to make certain 'failures' that, if not corrected in time, can become a bad irreparable custom. In that sense, paddle tennis is no exception and that is why we list the 10 errors most common of beginners.

- Handle. One of the main problems is choosing an incorrect grip. It is quite common to take the shovel above what is due and wrong, so, at the time of taking the first steps, it is advisable to use the handle continental, in the we take our weapon as if it were a hammer.

- Hitting from the front. Always hit the ball with a little side and never facing.

- Shovel down. Waiting for the ball to arrive with the shovel down is another of the most typical mistakes. This causes us to take more time to hit the ball because we lose time when we raise it. That's why you always have to wait with the shovel above and prepared.

- Take out. The service, however simple it may seem, can be done in the wrong way. Often we hit the ball too low, thus giving the opponent greater advantage because it will go very high and loose. You always have to take the waist height.

- Launching in the serve. Following with the 'bad habits' in the service, and although it seems to be a lie, throwing the ball at the time of drawing correctly is another mistake that we must correct. Neither far in front nor behind, but in its place.

- Rigid body. Flexing the legs slightly is essential and it is one of those mistakes that are very difficult to correct. With rigid legs we can not anticipate with agility to the blows of the rival.

- I hit too far ahead or behind. With these strokes we lose a lot of control over the ball… So remember to do it at torso level.

- The assembly. Many paddle tennis players come from tennis, so they will tend to arm the paddle more when it comes to hitting. The paddle court is small and does not need that armed, which makes us lose time to achieve a good blow.

- Height of the blade. At the time of impact with the ball, another common mistake is to have the head of the blade at the same height as the handle. The head of the shovel always has to be above the handle.

- Smash. It is one of the favorite shots of all players but, remember: You have to hit from the side and not from the front ... And it is better to have a head and place the ball to finish with all our strength.

Do you feel identified with any of these errors? Quiet, with effort and a lot of games can be corrected.
