Padel World Press .- A vibrant day of competition was expected at La Quinta Sports Club but, of course, expectations were far exceeded ... the contestants surrendered with all their might in the quarterfinal round of the Paraguay Master, so they offered a sublime show.

To begin with, it should be noted that Franco Dal Bianco - Maxi Arce became the proper names of the day after eliminating Brazilians Julio Julianoti - Stefano Flores, seeded number 1 and recent winners of the Asunción Open.

Without pressure, determined to deploy their best paddle tennis, Dal Bianco - Maple took an important step forward in their growth and, thanks to its aggressive, dizzying, intense and unapologetic style, they started the match pressing hard with their volleys and they got ahead on the scoreboard (6-4).

In the second quarter, the favorites improved in their performance and managed to send the commitment to a third set in which, after a succession of breaks and counterbreaks, everything seemed headed for sudden death ... Until in the twelfth game, an agonizing gold point made the surprise jump and certified the presence in the semis of some Dal Bianco - Arce which, in Paraguay, have ceased to be a revelation to become a reality (6-4, 3-6 and 7-5).

For his part, and for the second week in a row, Nicolás Egea - Pablo Barrera left Micky Bejarano - Agustín Torre on the road again that, despite this defeat, they will be able to leave very satisfied since in these two tournaments of the APT Padel Tour Circuit they have added a semifinals and a quarterfinals, defeating several seeds in both appointments. On this occasion, Egea - Barrera won 6-3 and 6-4.

Fede Chiostri - Gonzao Alfonso defeated Leo Aguirre - Cristian Ozán 6-3 and 7-5 while Maxi Cejas - Maxi Sánchez Blasco had to reach the third set to eliminate Matías Fernández - Horacio Adorno (7-5, 3-6 and 6-0).

On Saturday, March 13, a semifinal round will be played that can be followed live, through the official website and the APT Padel Tour channel on YouTube.
