Padel World Press .- On this occasion, we wanted to rescue an article that they offered us from the prestigious firm. This is one of those reports that no fan of this wonderful sport should miss… Enjoy it !!

"There are a series of basic mistakes that are usually made without being fully aware of them. These are coined since we started with the practice of paddle and later they are part of our game routine.

These are some of the most common:

- When making a volley, put the shovel at the height of the handle. Ideally, the face of the blade should be above the handle, otherwise the chopping effect will not perform properly.

- When we are going to hit the ball, prepare the blade too far back and turn the trunk too much. This will slow down our attack and the ball will go too late, making it almost certainly go to the side fences of the court.

- Do not move your feet. This is one of the most frequent failures. It is very common that we see how many players do not move their feet and, therefore, are forced to hit the ball head-on and cannot give it the proper reception that the movement of the body facilitates.

- Make a shot with the feet in front. Again, you have to be careful to leave the position of the feet fixed. The exemplary thing for this type of hitting would be to move backwards when looking to hit the ball.

- Not finding the right balance point. When we hit the ball, both forehand and backhand, we cannot position ourselves too far forward or backward ... We must find the right spot to hit the ball.

- Among many other common mistakes, these focus on the serve. It is very common to throw the ball wrong instead of dropping it, having an excessively low point of impact and / or taking a too rigid or straight posture.

These are just some of the many mistakes we can find in the technique ... But the most important thing is to understand that in the paddle, as in any sport, you never stop learning and that, even to what we think is unbeatable, you can take it out match".
