Padel World Press .- Miguel Sciorilli, coach of some of the most important pairs in the world of padel, continues with his particular series of practical lessons in video, designed so that all practitioners of this wonderful sport can improve their game. A fantastic way to learn from their experience and infinite knowledge to compete at the highest level.

In this new release, the trainer will give us a series of guidelines so that players can adopt a adequate waiting position, that will allow them to be prepared to react to all the balls that rivals send them. If they do, they will have the ability to respond to any attack effectively and safely.

The position of our body is very important in this sense, as is the situation of the blade and our way of placing and holding it, as it will allow a faster reaction. In this aspect Miguel Sciorilli focused in a very special way, who gave us some fundamental tricks:

In the first place, we should grab the shovel with the hand with which we will perform the blow of response, while we will have to place the other in the heart of the shovel. The objective is to keep it stabilized and to prevent the hand with which we hit from running out prematurely.

The second aspect of vital importance is the distance that the shovel has to keep with us. It should not be too close or too far away. The norm: that our elbows are close to the body but in a natural way. This factor is very relevant because it will influence the quality of our response ... If we maintain that distance we will be able to volley almost automatically, achieving the perfect contact to hit the ball effortlessly.

Another point that we should not overlook is that we can not forget that we are waiting for a ball, so we must focus our attention in the direction from which the beating of opposites comes. In that sense, we will have to turn right or left depending on where the ball comes from.
