The prestigious Argentinean technician offers us a new delivery of his always interesting videos, with which he tries to get that the paddle fans can have an increasingly higher level within the field. This week will show us what we must do to 'cover' the corners with the maximum guarantees of success.

Padel World Press .- Do not miss this new video, in which one of the most important coaches in the world of paddle will return to put their knowledge and experience at the service of all practitioners of this wonderful sport.

As he pointed out, the first thing to do when we are at the bottom of the track is to be clear that the problems do not come from the center of the track but rather from the corners, which is where there are more walls, which it makes the ball difficult for us.

What does it mean to defend the corner? Literally, that we position ourselves to leave the smallest possible gaps. If I play on the reverse side and I know that the problem is going to be on the left side, the waiting position will be being turned a little towards the side wall to be ready ... The same, on the right side. We stand facing the wall on the right to avoid possible scares.

In general, there are times when it is not clear if the ball can hit one or two walls, or if it will hit the side wall or the back wall first. For the first option, if I am not sure whether it will hit one or two walls, we will always make the first decision, that is, one wall, without waiting for the second. In the case of doubting whether it will hit the side or the bottom glass, we will do the same ... Placed sideways, if it hits the side wall we can return backwards and, if it hits the bottom, we will make a turn and hit right.

It is very important that we learn to diagnose which are the points in which we have more difficulties and that we practice them again and again. In the case of receiving classes, you can talk to the monitor to train that situation of the game.

When we are in a match, we should repeat the work that has been done during the training, without getting nervous and avoiding the mistakes that were committed previously. "The only way to automate something is by doing it."

Very excited about this new project, Miguel said: "I hope you liked the explanation and, above all, I also await your comments. If it has been useful, do not hesitate to share it with your friends. "
