Padel World Press - The station Canal + will televise circuit matches Premier Padel en more than 60 territories, becoming the second great television giant to join the newly born world padel tour. The announcement comes after knowing that the television owned by Vivendi reach an agreement to retransmit the aforementioned paddle tennis circuit in a wide variety of nations, including France.
Thus, Canal + has reached a satisfactory multi-year commitment for television broadcast of Premier Pádel which will start with the coverage of the Greenweez Paris Premier Padel Major. The mentioned competition will take place in July and will be held in the emblematic stadium of Roland Garros. The dates scheduled for its completion range from Monday, July 11, to Sunday of the same week, July 17.

Thus, the growing popularity that paddle tennis has acquired around the globe is evident. For this reason, the launch of this new circuit governed by the International Padel Federation (FIP), Premier Pádel, has been backed by both the Professional Players Association (PPA, for its acronym in English Professional Players Association), as by the sports conglomerate Qatar Sports Investments (QSI). Similarly, it should be noted that last May the Italy Premier Padel Major had the largest coverage in the history of paddle tennis be broadcast in up to 167 territories around the world. He also broke the record for the circuit's inaugural tournament, the Ooredoo Qatar Major, which had a total of 156 emission regions.
