Victoria Málaga Open beers: The Twins hit twice

There is no one who can with them. They are playing at an impressive level. Mapi and Majo Sánchez Alayeto took a new step on their way to reach the 1 number in the world and became the first couple to repeat the title this campaign, after the conquest in Badajoz.

Padel World Press .- For several years they have been warning that they have everything to occupy the first place in the World Ranking. After two seasons in which they have not stopped progressing, it seems that 2014 is going to be the year of their definitive consecration ... And so they reiterated it in the WPT Málaga, in which they surprised their own and strangers with a great deployment of resources in the network against Patty Llaguno-Eli Amatriain.

Maybe the latter paid the effort they had to make the semifinals, when they were more than three hours on track ... But that does not detract one iota of merit to the triumph of Atomic Twins who, knowing the path that would lead to the title, they followed with firm step and imposed their law from the first minute.

Considered as the most fit pair of the Women's Circuit, the Aragonese showed great confidence in their style of play. Aggressive, determined and without complexes, they did not hesitate to win the net whenever they could or hit the ball hard when the situation demanded it.

Intense, dominating and convinced of their possibilities, Mapi and Majo did not allow their rivals to feel comfortable at any time. Eli and Patty lacked a bit of mental clarity and did not find a way to stop the continuous attacks of some opponents who, in addition, exhibited their enormous physical power and did not give any ball for lost.

After giving up just five games, and with a final score of 6-2 and 6-3, the Twins showed that, this season, they are willing to hit more than twice….

With no room for rest, the players have already set course for Marbella where, in the coming days, they will face the fourth round of their calendar ... Surely equality and tension will be again maximum. This year, things are more equal than ever and we can only say ... Enjoy the Game !!!
