Padel World Press .- Just a few hours ago the Official Calendar of the new season of the Estrella Damm Circuit became official, a competition that brings nothing more and nothing less than 22 years surprising and conquering the paddle fans in Madrid.
As it could not be otherwise, and faithful to their commitment to improve day after day, throughout this 2018 will offer a wide number of appointments, with which they will respond to the demands and needs of players of all levels. Throughout the year, fans may choose to:
- Federated one-week tournaments with box-type competition. They will be part of the calendar of the Madrid Paddle Federation (FMP) and will have Category A +. It will be counted again with Consolation Puntuable in this modality.
- One week Open tournaments, aimed at those players, Federated and Non-Federated, who prefer to participate in long-term tests 'box type'.
- Veterans one week tournaments, designed for + 45 players and + 40 players, both Federated and Non-Federated.
- Morning meetings, designed for those people who want to enjoy pleasant paddle meetings in the morning and meet new couples.
- Express part-time tournaments. Novelty, this year. Each of the three Express Tournaments of the month will be designed for a different level of play, so that competitive and fun matches are guaranteed.
- Satellite Tournaments in the Valencian Community, open to Federated and Non-Federated players.
Awards for loyalty and the 'most outstanding'
One of the surprises of this 2018 will be that the Estrella Damm Circuit will end with a Masters Finals in which the best players and the best eight players of the Circuit will participate, including both the participants in the week tests and the Express Tournaments. The only requirement is that the selected ones have played, at least, one of the Open or Veteran tournaments of the year.
The best of the 'Race of Champions Damm Star' will have the opportunity to measure their level and, with it, from the competition is intended to 'reward' the quality and delivery of some fans, tournament after tournament, bring show to the tracks .
