Despite her beginnings in the world of tennis, at the age of 15 she decided to change the racket for the shovel and, thanks to her talent, she was one of those selected to represent the Aztec team in the Junior World Cup held in her country. .

Now, in light of everything he has experienced since that moment, he is very happy to have made that decision in his day: “When I changed from tennis to paddle tennis I didn't think that I could have professional projection. However, as the years went by and I saw that both in national and international competitions I was obtaining good results, that approach was taking shape ”.

His new stage in CAR StarVie

High Performance Center born in 2019, since its creation has had the great objective of helping players achieve their maximum sports performance, plus enhance your talent and qualities thanks to the foundations of its own, structured and consolidated work model.

Eager to continue growing, Camila Ramme faces the beginning of her adventure in the CAR StarVie with the firm intention of making the most of every minute to continue evolving in his game and to be able to experience the professional Circuit firsthand. "When they told me I could come to train at CAR Starvie I was very excited and with all the desire in the world. They have excellent players and players, who compete in the WPT, as well as highly prestigious coaches. That is why I decided to come ”.

Therefore, his next steps will be to settle in Madrid, work hard and gain competitive experience at the Madrid Federation Circuit, then take the step of playing WPT events.

When talking about her references on the court, Camila Ramme pointed out that women's paddle tennis has evolved a lot, that couples are increasingly competitive and that these factors make equality and emotion greater and greater ... role model, revealed: “My favorite player is Patty Llaguno. Not only for his innate talent but for his hard-working character, with many values ​​and a very positive attitude always".

Finally, he wanted to make an analysis on the situation that paddle tennis is going through in his country: “This sport is growing a lot in Mexico, although at a slower speed than Europe. There are more and more paddle tennis clubs and courts, more coaches from abroad also arrive. All this enriches and makes the level of play ever higher. There is still much to do but the path is the right one".
