Padel World Press .- The WPT Circuit arrived in Barcelona. The magic of the best paddle tennis in the world returned to a city in which there is a true passion for this sport and in which the number of practitioners does not stop growing. Unfortunately, the very special circumstances of this year prevented the fans from being able to completely fill the stands of the Palau Sant Jordi But both the lucky ones who were able to access the mythical pavilion and those who followed it from their homes once again showed their support for some players who gave themselves to the maximum in each ball, in each point, in each game.

Among the 'locals', Fernando Belasteguín and Agustín Tapia faced this appointment with a plus of motivation since they wanted to shine with their own light at home… And that's why they were very solid from the first round.

After debuting, leaving Maxi Grabiel - Cristian Gutiérrez (6-3 and 6-0) on the road, in the second round they faced off with one of the revelations of the tournament: Antón Sans - Iñigo Zaratiegui (7-6 and 6-0 ). With a firm step, in the quarterfinals they defeated Tito Allemandi - Momo González (6-2 and 6-4) and, in the semifinals, they played what may have been one of the best games of the entire season… Solid and very concentrated they took the 'intractable' Ale Galán - Juan Lebrón to the limit, who had to give themselves to the maximum to win 7-6 and 7-6… The equality could not be greater !!

As soon as the tournament finished, Bela himself pointed out on his social networks: “Agustín… We ran, we fought and we gave up everything we had but it was not enough to win. So it's time to congratulate Ale and Juan for having played better. 👍👍👍

I only promise one thing: a lot of work every day to keep improving !! 💪💪

How nice it was to feel the warmth of the people again !!

THANK YOU VERY MUCH WPTBARCELONAMASTER ”.

Once again, the words of a champion who continues to be an example for all and that we still have much to enjoy.

The show does not stop and we can only say ... Enjoy the Game !!
