As it has been known, the great stars of the World Padel Tour will travel to Bastad from the 23 to the 29 in July, thanks to the agreement reached with the company Swedish Padel Open AB, who will be the organizer of the event. By virtue of the compromise reached, it will be ensured that Sweden becomes part of the WPT Calendar for the next three years.

An important step forward

A city with a long tradition in terms of racket sports, it should not be forgotten that, in its first edition, the event will only have a Men's Draw, as well as hosting an exhibition in which two of the best couples in the Ranking will participate. Female.

According to the planned plans, in 2019 and 2020 the Swedish Padel Open will have presence of both categories.

An unbeatable scenery

The confirmed venue for the dispute of this tournament will be the Bastad Tennis Club, the emblematic sports venue of recognized prestige for hosting, from 1948, the Swedish Open Tennis. It is an event that has been chosen in a total of 11 occasions as' The Best Test ATP250 ' by the circuit professionals themselves.
