Padel World Press.- The countdown to the start of the 2018 World Cup of Paraguay 2018. La FEP has announced the provisional dates and the steps that will be followed in preparation for the World Cup event with the utmost care and foresight.
For the time being, we already know who the Pre-Selected are to be in Asunción, although we will have to wait until August's 27 to reveal the definitive list of male and female couples who will defend the colors of our country.
Once the selection is made, we will have to wait a month, until the September 25, so that the players concentrate in a venue that is still unknown. The invited will conduct a coexistence and will train to prepare the strategies with which the 28 will travel to the Paraguayan capital with a double objective: to revalidate the title in the Women's Category and end the hegemony of Argentina in the Men's.
As we pointed out at the time, the XIVth Edition of the World Championship The 29 will begin in October and the 04 in November will end. That same day, the players will return to Spain while the players will have to travel to Argentina to participate in the Buenos Aires Padel Master (one of the most anticipated events of the season in the WPT Calendar).
As the FEP wanted to point out, the dates mentioned in this article are provisional and could be subject to change but, despite this, Spanish fans have not been able to avoid experiencing great illusion with the tremendous expectations placed on the 2018 World Cup in Paraguay ... The World Championship is the most prestigious event in our sport and in which, without a doubt, Spain will play a leading role.
