It was in this space where Ricky Fdez. Brigolle, Category Manager Racquet Sports, reviewed many of the most important 'historical' moments for the firm (with the projection of a couple of very emotional videos), before officially presenting the long-awaited Alpha and Delta, the two lines that will be part of the 2016 Palas Collection.
With regard to the main novelties in materials and technologies, Ricky Fernández Brigolle highlighted the following:
- GrapheneXT: The well-known Graphene is used in a more efficient way. Its cells are of a larger size and 30% stronger than those of the first generation Graphene. It is used in the frame and on the face of the blade, which achieves even more power and durability.
- Flexible Chassis: It is a new construction in the tubular of the blade, with which a softer union with the rubber is achieved, which allows to obtain a greater comfort and sweet spot. Manufactured on the basis of pre-molded carbon layers, they are designed with the different zones of the frame in mind to give more or less rigidity / flexion to each zone according to the needs.
- Ultrasoft Foam: It consists of a new Ultra Soft rubber, developed from the well-known N2 rubber. It has a density with faster memory for an improvement of both sound and playability.
- Anti Shock: Foil made of a polymer of high durability and resistant to scratches, is placed on the frame, protects from scratches and shocks.
In his statements, Ricky Fdez. Brigolle said: «The effort dedicated to achieving the best shovels in history has been well worth it.
