One more week, and together with the colleagues of Capital Radio, we have been able to enjoy a great space in which all the news of the world of paddle has been analyzed. On this occasion, the main protagonist was Alfredo Garbisu, new President of the Spanish Federation of Paddle. What did he tell us? Do not miss this interesting program.
Padel World Press .- The past 23 of July was chosen like President of the FEP, when heading the call 'Candidature of the Consensus', integrated by 16 of the 18 Autonomic Federations. In 'La Cancha' of Capital Radio we wanted to talk with him to take stock of his first two months in charge of his new position.
As he told us: "We have already taken some very important first steps, such as the normalization of institutional relations, which were broken or nonexistent, with the International Federation, with the World Padel Tour and even with some of the Autonomous Federations . That was a goal that is fulfilled and we are already starting to work on common projects. "
In his opinion: "The fundamental thing here is that there are no interests or personalisms. The important thing is that everyone has in mind that the goal is common: paddle, work for the paddle and its development. That the different actors are in the same harmony is in the best interest of this sport ".
What will be your next challenges and objectives? To give just a few strokes: "We have started the change of the headquarters of the Spanish Federation, which is currently about 40 kilometers north of Madrid. We want to take it to Madrid capital, to a more accessible location for the federated ones. We also want to do an internal reorganization to have a more effective management as well as to achieve a maximum use of the potential to go together ".
