Padel World Press - Alejandra Salazar and Gemma Triay became the first champions of Argentina after winning, in a very tough match against Bea González and Martita Ortega.

El WPT La Rioja was dyed red and yellow in the grand final with Martita Ortega and Bea González on one side and Alejandra Salazar and Gemma Triay in the other one. A very tough battle on Argentine lands with a prize beyond the title.

And it is that the champions in this second test World Padel Tour of the season will go down in history as the first to achieve it, since it is the first time that a women's tournament in Argentina.

We get fully into the game. A match that began with maximum equality between the two couples. The final had turned into a battle from the get-go. Neither of the two couples managed to unbalance the contest and sudden death seemed to be the only way to do it, in fact it was. 6-6 on the scoreboard and the game began tiebreak. Un tiebreaker who fell on the side of the woman from Madrid and the woman from Malaga who were ahead on the scoreboard (7-6).

In the second set the favorites started much more effective than their rivals, in fact it was here where the first break of the party Ale and Gemma had an advantage (2-0), p.ero bea and martha they answered with counter-break early so that equality was once again the protagonist in the game. Everything seemed to be as it was at the beginning until Ale and Gemma they unevened the score in the tenth game and tied the game (6-4). 

Ale and Gemma they still had a full tank at the same time that Marta and Bea entered the reserve. The favorites managed to endorse five games in a row, an insurmountable advantage that would be definitive for Madrid and Menorca to win their first title of the year and make history in Argentina.
