One of the main responsible for this dream is about to become reality is Adrián Caviglia. His more than 25 years of experience in the world of specific teaching for paddle, his facility to transmit his teachings, his closeness with his pupils, his friendly and friendly manner, his facility to detect the weak points and the capacity to know how to work in them they have made him one of those coaches who always leave an indelible mark on all his students.
From his field of Sport Director of Get Indoor Paddle, he told us how the possibility arose of him becoming part of this adventure: "I guess it all started from the many hours of talk I had with a student and friend, who had in mind this project. I got involved in his idea, giving in all our conversations my point of view on what needs to be done to meet the needs of lovers of this sport and, in turn, contributing the possible solutions to almost all the questions I was going doing. I believe that this is how a project that is about to be born arose and that for me will be a dream come true in the process for my professional realization here in Spain ".
Very excited about the new stage that is about to begin, Adrián reported that his main task within the club will be: "To give shape to everything I understand that should be the meaning of a padel club ... I want us to provide all the services to each student and that we teach to play and enjoy this wonderful sport at all levels. "
In that sense, he wanted to make it very clear that: “My role at Get Indoor Pádel will be to teach in all aspects. To do this, I will draw on my training and experience in club management in Argentina. Regarding the methodology, I will tell you that the fundamental pillar will be to treat all students with the same affection. For me, that is basic. You have to have the ability to know how to transmit how this sport is played, taking into account who the practitioner is and what their objectives are ”.
To finish, and with his eternal smile on his face, he confessed to us: “My main function, which will make me feel satisfied, will be to ensure that each and every one of the members of my work team can transmit everything that I just told you. As for the fans, I would tell them to come to our club and try something different. They will surely return ”.
