With more than 20 years of experience as a coach, after a lifetime dedicated to paddle tennis, he still retains the same enthusiasm as the first day and continues to transmit his knowledge with the same demand and closeness.

Padel World Press .- It may not have as much popularity or be as media as other technicians. His name may not sound very often or his public appearances are frequent. However, when you sit down with him to talk about padel, you do not take long to realize the passion with which he lives this sport, his extensive knowledge and his great ability to transmit to others.

With a thousand battles behind him, he has countless anecdotes to tell. Close, with an affable character and with an eternal smile drawn on his face, Adrián Caviglia recalls how he came to Spain four years ago, with his wife, his four daughters and his mother-in-law. He still keeps in mind that he was about to start working for a club in Vigo but that fate, and the interest of Cristian Gutiérrez, made him settle down in Madrid.

Throughout this time, great promises of the national padel have passed through his hands, such as Matías Marina, Javier Beloqui, Martita Ortega and Curro Soriano. Analytical, hardworking and very thoughtful when analyzing the game of each pupil, it is those coaches who do not use the same book for everyone ... Their task is to detect the weaknesses and influence them to stop being so. And he does it perfectly.

A member of Team Vibor-A, and with many important projects still to be developed, the one in Mar del Plata can boast of having at its command professionals such as Gastón Malacalza, Chico Gomes or a Nacho Gadea who does not stop going to more and from which we can expect great things in this 2014. In turn, just a few days ago, he welcomed Juan Cruz Bellauti into his home, who was already his ward in Argentina and who, with only 20 years, has decided to give the jump to Spain to begin his career in the Professional Circuit.

There is no player that has passed through his hands that does not consider him as a 'father'. After seeing him in action, you understand why. Demanding but understanding; strict but affectionate ... With the firm intention of getting his pupils do not stop improving, correct but without imposing, motivate but without pressing, demands but without reproach ... It does not matter who is on the track. He does not care if he is a monitor of the Euro Indoor Club or that it is Gastón Malacalza. Treat everyone equally, with the same respect and with the same closeness. If you fail several times the same blow stops, it approaches you, asks you what you think you are doing wrong and what you should do to correct it ... It advises you, shows you how it is done and impacts again and again on that action so that lose fear and face each difficulty as a new challenge.

This is Adrián Caviglia, a good friend of Padel World Press and a 'padrazo' for many of our idols.
